INSTRUCTIONS: To SUBMIT A PD EVENT REQUEST, please provide all of the requested information in each of the required fields, including your name, your organization, your role with the organization, and your email. For EVENT INFORMATION, be sure to include all of the following: 1. the name of the presenter 2. the title of the presentation 3. the date, time, and location of the presentation 4. any other information that may need to be posted (e.g., registration information if required) Submitters will be notified if/when their event is approved by the MUSE faculty and posted to the "Professional Development Events" page of the NAFME @ BALL STATE website. |
